This can be a life changing journey because everything begins with spirit.
A spiritual life leads to discovering who you truly are by becoming self-aware and venturing deep into your soul, your human wellness as well as uncovering your endless capabilities…your gifts, your creativity, your problem solving, your intuition, the great love of your life which is closer to you than the breath that you breathe and is the breath that you breathe.
What is Spiritual Life Coaching?
Allow me to begin by explaining that spiritual coaching has nothing to do with religion nor should it be confused with religious leaders as we are entirely different entities. Working with a spiritual coach does not require that you – the client – be religious.
Spiritual life coaching is about guiding you or helping you to discover who you truly are by supporting you on your self-discovery journey (you have been on many journeys) by encouraging you to love yourself and shatter all limiting beliefs to enable you to KNOW and not to believe who you truly are.
Why not believe? Allow me to explain it this way – as I learnt from one of my great teachers James Gilliland. In belief or believe there is a lie…be- lie- f. By breaking the lie all limitations are released allowing you to look deeper into your soul and uncover your potential and trust your intuition
My desire is to assist you to live a more fulfilling life with gratitude, peace, purpose, passion, love for your spirit and for yourself by assisting you to connect to your inner self who is your greatest guide! As well as to expand your mind, your thoughts, your heart and your consciousness to other possibilities.
How does Spiritual Life Coaching work?
We are all powerful creators. An intuitive reading can give you insight into the spiritual being that you are by brining you more choice, control, power and consciousness to what you are creating. It gives you a chance to receive a new perspective from a neutral observer. Clarity can be reached and if it is appropriate an energetic healing, cleansing and clearing can be done to clear blockages and old energy patterns from the past that are influencing your current relationships and environment. We often hold onto old patterns. By bringing them into your conscious awareness they can be cleared from your space. Receiving a healing is a wonderful way to feel supported during challenges and transitions.
Spiritual life coaching goes beyond our daily routines, weekly and monthly goals. Spiritual life is the foundation of existence because spirit is where all things begin. It is the foundation of science. Science is spirit because it is the small that makes up the whole. By adopting or engaging a holistic strategy you can be guided both internally and externally (as above so below, as within so without) to connect with your inner self.
This is a very highly personal journey tailored specifically to you because your journey is not the same as another person’s journey. A starting point is to focus on your inner belief’s and offer strategies, methods and spiritual exercises to help you better understand your beliefs, how your thoughts influence your reality and your relationship to the world.
Having said this, I understand that there is a possibility that my consciousness or values may not necessarily be the same as yours but a shared belief may result in higher productivity levels. It just depends on the coach – client relationship as each one is unique. However, I do take a holistic approach to spiritual life coaching and have a deep understanding of the aspects of each client’s (person’s) inner workings and to guide you to your personal growth and empowerment. To empower you to the greatness that you are and connect you to the greatness that your are.
Since spiritual life coaching is based on your personal needs there are different kinds of coaching suited to each person. For example:
A distant / trans personal energy healing session to assist you in balancing your inner energy levels and vibrational frequencies…your inner rhythms such as your heartbeat, breathing, meridian cycles which may involve various healing modalities such as chakra balancing and a guide meditation to give the tools to achieve a deeper mind-body connection.

Manifestation to guide you to channel your thoughts with a specific guided manifestation process to channel your thoughts in a specific direction with affirmations, drawings and visualisation to will your intensions into your reality.

Intuitive painting where we use art to connect to and discover your inner self. This is a very unique, deep and divine process that is done with a guided meditation where minds spill onto canvas and use this art for your personal development…your spiritual life inspiration and create a path with and for you to live your most meaningful life possible.
Spiritual Life Coaching
As your spiritual life coach I rely on intuition and inner guidance. My main objective is to guide you to achieve a heart – mind balanced state for you to accomplish your personal goals by connecting you both inwardly and externally to your environment, awakening within you an affinity to nature, universal sisterly / brotherly love, the energy of the universe, God / Source / Creator, the essence of all life and the human soul’s essence….your soul.
The aim is to be at peace with yourself. Your success is subjective because your inherent system is unique and will work in the direction that is best for you. I am receptive to questions, ideologies, beliefs and values. Nothing will be forced as you have your own perceptions and choice which is free will. I prefer to be truthful, nurture, support and encourage you to grow by empowering you. Having an open heart, open mind, setting good intentions and brining the best version of yourself will take you a long way.
