The Art of Sacred Garden Space Design

My affinity to creativity took me along the path of Interior Design in which I received my honours in Interior Design & Architecture through Nottingham Trent University of England.

While gaining work experience I started noticing patterns, fractals and shapes around me especially when I started a new design. I always, to this day, refer to nature for inspiration. This led me to exploring the spiritual connection that we have in our relationship to directions, the elements, sacred geometry, plant spirits, nature spirits, Mother Earth, the sky, the sun, the celestials and our relationship with them which should benefit all concerned.

One of my most profound learning points was asking for permission to do what is perceived to be a good plan or layout when it came to renovations, alterations and or designing a new home, nursery school or designing furniture or designing a new garden or restoring an old garden. We might think that the layout will work, however there may be other options that will be more beneficial to all concerned.

Gardens and vegetable gardens are very important because they bring life, joy and prosperity to your property which also means that the position of the house is important because it will have an influence on the environment around it.

What is Sacred Garden Space Design?

Sacred Garden Space Design creates a plan or layout of a vegetable garden combined with a “normal” garden for the best yielding of vegetables, trees and plants to create balance, harmony, peace and prosperity that is unique to all its inhabitants creating the feeling of nurturing and support for the growth and prosperity of all concerned.

Using your ideas with regards to the plants that you like, colours, materials, directions and all the other influencing factors and create your dream garden space that is appropriate for you and all concerned in your environment. Your environment is unique to you which means that the layout of your garden will be different to that of your neighbour including the choice of plants and vegetables. The design of your sacred garden space will be unique.
