TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment needs to be paid in full 72 hours before the appointment. If not the appointment will be automatically cancelled without notification.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation’s incur a NO REFUND fee. This also includes excuses such as forgetting or not making it to your appointment on time. You will then have to re-book and pay to confirm another appointment.
CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT TIME POLICY: A change of appointment time needs to be done 48 HOURS before the original booked appointment time which can only be done under extreme circumstances. If the change of appointment time is not made 48 hours before the original booked time a NO REFUND will incur. You will then have to re-book and pay to confirm another appointment.
